Help, and how to delete your account
Torvii Astro is made by Tolaron s.r.o. If something is wrong, or you want everything we hold about you gone, both routes are here.
Getting help
Write to hello@torvii.com and say what happened. A person reads it and answers, in English or Czech. No ticket number, no chatbot in the way.
Deleting your account and your data
Deleting your account removes your email address, your birth date, your birth time and place, the language you read in, your notification token and any record of a subscription. It cannot be undone.
- In the app: open the menu, tap “My Data”, then “Delete my account”. The same screen will export a copy of everything first, if you want one.
- By email: write to privacy@torvii.com from the address the account uses. We confirm it is you, then delete it.
What is only ever on your phone
Your journal, and the people you saved to read two charts together, are stored on your device and never reach us. Deleting the app removes them — and we cannot restore them, because we never had them.
If you never made an account
Then there is nothing for us to delete. The free tier has no account at all, and your birth details stay on your phone. Uninstalling the app is the whole of it.
